"Fabulous"

Having been to crete on numerous occasions over the years The Filia Apartments have really struck a cord with the family, so much so we have re-booked for next year. The staff were so friendly and bent over backwards to accomodate the children. (...) The apartment itself was light, airy and also cleaned on a regular basis as was the pool and surrounding area. "Excellent holiday!!!!!!!!"

Me and my partner just came back three days ago and had an amazing time! The owners Michael, George and Billy were so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is a two minute walk from the main strip which is full of loads of restaurants and bars, and the beach is directly behind the strip- everything is on your door step, yet far enough away from the noise!!

“omg again wot a fab time!!!!”

Returned again after many times.We had a week to our selves then the 2nd week our kids joined us,they had a brill time!!! Billy wot can u say he never changes!!!George is a fab cook.Michael is the cool guy!!!!Look out for his young son Babbie wot a little gem he is.

"fantastic"

From the moment we arrived, Billy, George, Michael, Bobby and Tuulia were so friendly and helpful, they are a great team who work hard to ensure a great holiday! The rooms are very clean and more than adequate in size, maria, the cleaning lady, came in on a regular basis to change bed linen and towels.
The food cooked by George was fantastic and the Greek bbq is great fun and well worth the money.

"What a place - fantastic"

Have just returned from our second visit to Filia and have had the greatest time. Billy, George Michael, Maria and the boys especially Babis could not have made us feel more welcome. The hotel is clean and tidy and nothing is too much trouble.

"Simply the best"

We went back to Filia got back Tuesday having been there over 13 years ago the Brothers Micheal Billy and George again made this a great holiday (...) would recommend Filia to all ages been to loads of places in Greece and you will not beat this place so dont bother to try. Also would book direct with Filia they will pick you up at airport and price includes air con and safe.

"Heavenly Engagement"

To sum up we had an incredible 1st experience in Crete. Of all the resorts we saw, we wouldn't swap Stalis for any, nor would we want to stay anywhere but Filia! What the hotel lacks in luxuries, it more than makes up for in entertainment and customer service quality from the 3 brothers!  Please make sure you attend the weekly bbq event at the Hotel! Probably the best night of the fortnight! We were delighted with our trip and couldn't think of a better time and place to get engaged in. We'll definitely be back.

"Totally Brilliant"

This was my second year in a row to Stalis and staying at the Filia Apartments has made me love Stalis even more! We arrived very late but Michael came out and met us within 5 minutes and helped us to our room with our luggage. Went to the bar in the morning to properly check in and felt very welcomed, the free cocktail obviously helped!! The 3 brothers that run the hotel, Bily, George and Michael are lovely and always willing to help. Their weekly bbq is a must, really good fun.
